Links for Your Week

Friday Favorites is a mix of my favorite blog reads of the week, and my favorite things that happened in my home.

Hope you enjoy your weekend!

I’m not gonna lie. The girls and I stay in our pj’s for a good portion of the day. I’m not proud of it, and I’m working on it. I was excited to see an oh joy! and Target collaboration for kid’s style. This video is all about coordinating sibling outfits.

Brunch is probably my favorite meal. And after seeing this spread, I’m wondering why I didn’t plan a brunch for my baby’s 1st birthday.

Speaking of birthdays, I just came across this kid’s birthday journal. Wouldn’t this make a unique gift for a child or first-time parent!?

Becoming Minimalist is quickly becoming one of my favorite blog reads. Such great insight. One of my recent favorite posts: We are Wealthy and Why it Matters.

I want a turquoise picnic table for our yard. Read here to find out why. Or listen to this podcast for more of the inspirational story.

ohAmanda is the blogger I turn to when I need fun ideas to celebrate Christmas and Easter with my children. She keeps Christ at the center of it all! We have her Sense of the Resurrection, and I’d love to do this Resurrection Garden. I think my oldest is finally old enough to understand this activity, and would be thrilled she could eat it too!

One of my favorite things about being a parent is being able to witness my child’s imagination. The picture in the header is a creation my three-year old made with play-dough. Would you like to guess what it is? Hint: she made this after she celebrated her third birthday. (If you are reading this in your email. You probably need to click on over to the blog to see the picture!)
