Here are a few words that sum up my week thus far: congestion, runny noses, bulb syringes, humidifier, heavy eyes.  Yep! Cold and Flu season has arrived! My girls are currently suffering from a cold, and I am a mess (literally). So today I am posting a few resources that offer tips for surviving or preventing a cold and the flu. You’ll find a recipe for healing chicken soup, and suggestions ranging from using an air purifier to taking fermented cod liver oil (FCLO). Hopefully something in the mix plus a good dose of prayer will set you on the road to recovery should you get sick this season.
